DIGITALIZATION
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
TIME TO ACT

The Digitalized Network Initiative is an open initiative and a unique combination of science and practice. Together with industry experts and digitalization experts from science, companies and associations, we enable continuous and targeted exchange within the industry in order to develop suitable and sustainable digital strategies.

The initiative focuses on the multi-level sales channel, consisting of manufacturers, dealers and processing companies, with its challenges and opportunities. These networks are essential drivers of digitalization.

The initiative deals with strategy and technology, marketing and sales, data and security as well as interfaces and networks.

The network idea is at the core of events, discussions, best practice examples and strategies as well as the development of concrete solutions.

We address decision-makers from the construction industry, marketing and sales managers and all those who see digitalization as an opportunity.

Our focus is on the German construction industry. Under which we combine the enterprises of the following fields:

  • Main construction industry
  • Expansion and ancillary construction
  • Energy- and building services engineering and
  • The services related to these areas.
  • We also consider companies in the construction materials industry and the trade in construction materials.

A simple copy of digital strategies from Silicon Valley or China is not sufficient for success. We are convinced that the German construction industry must pursue its own digitalization approaches that take regional and industry-specific features into account.

Become a part of the initiative and benefit from our experience and the collaboration of the Network.

By participating in the initiative, you will gain insights into the digital fitness of your network: How well are you and your sales distribution partners equipped for digital transformation? Where is the greatest potential for optimization? What are the central parameters for improving your current situation?

Inspired by case studies and lectures, we work together in engaging workshops and hold discussions with industry and digitalization experts. We will then validate and strengthen the findings and theses gained in a study.
